Privacy Policy

Arjona Lending Group (“we”, “us”) makes consumer loans. Federal law gives you the right to know how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with other companies so they can market to you, and we have no affiliates that we share it with.
What we collect
- Identity and contact details: name, date of birth, address, email and phone number.
- Social Security number: used to check your credit when you apply. We keep only the last four digits.
- Financial information: income, employer, the amount you want to borrow, collateral you offer, and the bank account you link for receiving funds and making payments (we keep only the last four digits of the account number).
- Proof of income: the pay stubs or bank statements you upload with your application. Bank statements can include account numbers and transactions; we use them only to confirm your income. They are stored encrypted and only the lender can open them.
- Credit information: your credit score and report details from a soft credit check, which does not affect your score.
- Loan and payment history: your loans with us, payments, and messages about your account.
- Technical information: the IP address and browser used when you apply or sign, kept as a record of your signature, and a login cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To review your application, verify your identity and decide whether to offer you a loan.
- To prepare, sign and keep your loan documents, send your funds, collect payments and service your account.
- To send you notices about your loan (for example payment receipts, reminders and changes).
- To prevent fraud, keep our records and meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed to run your loan, as the law allows without your permission:
- Service providers who work for us under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only for our services: the credit bureau or credit-check service, identity-verification, bank-linking and payment processors, our email and text message providers, and our website host.
- As required by law: to comply with a subpoena or court order, to respond to regulators, or to report to tax authorities.
- To protect rights and prevent fraud, including collecting a loan that is in default.
- If our business changes hands: if we sell or transfer our loans, the buyer receives the information about those loans and must follow this policy for them.
Because we share only in these ways, there is nothing you need to opt out of. If this ever changes, we will send you a new notice and give you the chance to say no before we share anything.
How we protect it
Sensitive information is encrypted in our database, all connections to this website are encrypted, our administrator access requires two-step login, and only people who need it to service your loan can see it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep application and loan records for as long as the law requires us to keep lending records — generally at least 25 months after an application decision and at least five years after a loan is paid off — and then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices and rights
- You can see your loans, payment history and documents in your online account at any time.
- You can ask us to correct information that is wrong, or ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- If we decline your application or offer you less favorable terms based on your credit report, we will tell you in writing which credit bureau we used and how to get a free copy of your report.
